The February meeting will be on Thursday February 15, 2024. The meeting will be a demonstration by FLWT member Cliff Weatherell at St. Michael's Woodshop. The meeting and demonstration will also be available via Zoom for members who are not attending in person. Zoom will open at 6:30 pm for informal discussions, and the meeting will begin at 7:00 (NOTE the time changes). Zoom information will be emailed to current FLWT members a few days in advance of the meeting.
Folks attending at St Michael's Woodshop should plan to arrive no earlier than 6:30, to ensure that the student program has finished for the day. Participants enter through the main entrance to sign in with building security.
Cliff will be discussing and demonstrating various aspects of how to do fluting on the lathe and how various techniques can be applied to a variety of turned projects.
